Trello

Trello is a collaboration tool that can improve productivity within teams. It allows you to organize information into columns (example: to-do, doing, done). This can help students better organize all the tasks that need to be finished, and to ensure that all the work gets done. (Bader, 2022)

SavvyCal can help students prioritize their time, to make sure things are being done efficiently. SavvyCal is an interactive calendar/team scheduling. Team members can overlay their calendars to see both of your availability in order to be successful in scheduling a team meeting (This reduces the conflict in terms of picking a meeting time). You can integrate other essential tools to make it convenient to meet. You can even send messages to others right from the calendar. SavvyCal has a 7-day free trial, from there you can either purchase extra features OR still use these features for free. You can make your calendar aesthetically pleasing while still keeping it organized by colour-coding. You can link your personal/work/school calendar all together to better manage your time. Not sure if you want to signup? SavvyCal has a demo calendar on their homepage, so before committing to anything, give it a try!
